Material and labour for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers6mm dia GI up to1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of cleats made out of FI 40x3mm size 60 cm long and expansion holdfast 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including 12mm thick gypsum board fixed with screws including 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling over applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of new ceiling surfaces all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Anodised aluminum frame for doors, windows, grills, ventilators with one or more rebats including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminum window and ventilator shutters,side hung type with out sash bars, aluminum sections weighting 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rupper packing anodised aluminum snap beading, screws, anodised aluminum fitting such as suitable handle (2 No) in each door hinges complete all as specified. Note : Glass will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix toughened glass of thickness 6mm thick, with necessary fixing arraangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rolled sections as in framing as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters: purlin where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepration of new steel surface of any description exc 10cm in girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply & fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 23.50mmx36.50mmx1.50mm, cross Tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 36.00mmx25.00mmx1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls complete all as specifed and as directed including provision of 12mm thick perforated gypsum board, 600mmx600mm size, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in sany type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sand filling under floors using clean river sand, spread, levelled to a true surface including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates kerb and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia GI steel wire PVC coated any size mesh as in chain link fencing including straining and fixing to posts and to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised iron,PVC coated,tying with wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel frame work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified.

Material and Labour for continuous brick edging with old size sub class B bricks, width equal to the depth of the brick laid one end at required angle complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (E/M PART-II)

M & L for taking down/dismantling of old ceiling fan and down rod from ceiling and refixing the existing ceiling fan with new down rod of length 0.75M long made of mild steel duly drilled holes suitable for fixing of fan and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fixing of fully diffused recess mounted 2' x 2' LED Luminaire 25W or nearest higher wattage with high transitive diffuser suitable for indoor spaces and connecting the lgiht fitting to the ceiling rose using two runs of 1.5 sqmm wire of required length including taking down of old light fittings with down rod and making good distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed.
