All joints of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Foothold shall be made up of steel 3.00 mm thick  Nylon 4.00 mm thick, with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/ attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life. Bearing no 6205 used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by steel/ LLDPE caps for ser safety. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of  minimum strength M -25 with J-bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, (Including concrete base of size- 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.60 M).
