Construction of P.C.C Road from Ambedkar chowk main road to Anganbari Village Khirondhi,Panchayat Simanpur Block Meherma District Godda.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By MIX in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(iii) For Grading I Material

Providing PCC M-200 in nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved qality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse of F.M 2.5 to 3 including ,mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position ,vibrating,striking,curing,taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,proping etc and removal of form for foundation all complete as per direction of E/I.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers. Not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing & technical specification

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar (1:3) in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 M3 in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening, raking out joints to 20 mm depth, curing,taxes and royalty all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. 4.28 COMMON [5.2.28 BCD 2018]
