Repair/Replacement to manhole, drain, path, boundary wall, fencing, sewer line wks etc in the area of AGE B/R-I under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and removal of debris beyond MOD lands. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for brick work with subs class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per Srl item no. 02 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, remove debris beyond MOD lands. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on faces of new,old bricks walls or concrete surfaces etc. finished even and fair. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping, kerbs, bed plates incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary formwork to obtain a smooth finishes. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains incl all moulds and forms etc. requires as per ground conditions. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth up to 55 cm in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Cleaning of drains of inner width up to 0.75 m and depth upto 1.2 mtr by removing mud, garbage, debries, sludge, silts, vegetation etc. by manually or machnically and remove debris beyond MOD lands. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F factory made 75mm thick SFRC manhole / drain covers with frame (heavy duty) HD-20 graded designation, confirming to IS-12592, area not exc. 0.90 Sqm each, fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and removing debris beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Cleaning and maintenance of sewage line / system from first manholes upto the final drop out let into the septic tank or central sewage system in running/flowing order without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 300mm and depth varying upto 3 mtr in any situation manually or mechanically as per ground requirements including sewage pump, sewage machine, super sucker etc. Complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 07 days ,the same shall be removed without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) Cleaning of manhole shall be measured and paid under respective item.

M&L for Cleaning and maintenance of sewage line / system from first manholes upto the final drop out let into the septic tank or central sewage system in running / flowing order without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 300mm and depth varying upto 6 mtr in any situation by manually or mechanically as per ground requirements including sewage pump, sewage machine, super sucker, zetting machine etc. Complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 07 days ,the same shall be removed without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) Cleaning of manhole shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Taking out sludge water, semi solid or solid materials from manholes up to a depth of 1.5mtr by manually or using super sucker machine, Jet machine, electric motor etc, removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial percolation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No 13 above but depth up to 3.00m.

M&L for cleaning of EWCs, IWCs, bottle traps, Nahani Traps, Gully traps and Floor traps etc, removal of blockage in between WC to Nahani trap / WC to Ist manhole / floor trap to nahani traps etc. By flexible roding and removal of all the dirt up to a distance of 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 07 days ,the same shall be removed without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) cleaning of line in between manholes where complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches manually or mechanically as per ground requirements n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for fdn etc for soft/loose soil not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No. 16 above but exc 1.5 mtr and n.exc 3 mtr in any type of soil.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing of surplus soil beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and laying, DWCPE(SN8) 150 mm dia pipes and snap fit coupler etc as per site requirements including testing and laid properly, jointed laid in trenches as specified to a level on concrete bed including demolition of pipes set in cement mortar etc., removing debris beyond MOD land. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and laying, DWCPE(SN8) 200 mm dia pipes and snap fit coupler etc as per site requirements including testing and laid properly, jointed laid in trenches as specified to a level on concrete bed including demolition of pipes set in cement mortar etc., removing debris's beyond MOD land. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg in packing under and haunching against sides of 150mm dia (Internal dia) pipe after they are laid and tested including demolition of old concrete and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg in packing under and haunching against sides of 200mm dia (Internal dia) pipe after they are laid and tested including demolition of old concrete and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground / brick works etc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work as in posts and struts , flats in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable chain link and fancing of any size and any type including making bunddles & removing. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 50 x 50 x 3 mm as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long Diameter of shank in 11 to 15 mm. Complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparation of new or old undecorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 3mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with side lap fixed with screw.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistand primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistand primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly / old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any shade using spray gun/roller brushes to entire surface to bring uniform surface including 1mm wall care putty and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in ground floor and paving etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed concrete of pipe, manholes, drain, sub base under tiles etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete glossy finished interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for refixing of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size including dismantling of tiles and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors as cushion bed for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed byb Engr in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed colour glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles of 300x300x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any positions, as in drain / manhole cover, reinforced concrete drain pipe,rain water harvesting slab, shelves, RCC Chajja etc. not other specifically provided for, removal of debris beyond MOD lands. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete using type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in slab of any thickness and any size supported on walls etc and set in 1:4 cement mortar including demolition of manhole / drain / GT covers etc. and removing debrish beyond MOD land. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.
