M & L surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil and disposal all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5min depth for foundation etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returining n filling in layer including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard core, broken stone/ boulder to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregatecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregatecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6)complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping, padding etc all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushning including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over sand cushning all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting he same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting, dado, riser, cooking platform etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete.
