M&L for followings :-(i) Removing plaster & finishes from all exposed / damaged portion of coloumns, slabs & beams(ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible)(iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed)(iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet.(v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved.(The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved)(vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :-(i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround(ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer(iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris and dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved apray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitoius mortar) of 25-50mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM sghall of preferably be in coats of approx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed within 30mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer cmplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm dia cast iron (spun cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with lead joints, fixed to walls including dismantling old pipes any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm dia cast iron cowl for spun pipes (any radious) with polymer jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm dia cast iron bends/Tee with oval access doors for spun pipes (any radious) with polymer jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)/lime concrete/sunken floor of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by mechanical means (like drill machine, Hilti, pneumatic chisel, etc) complete all as spd & directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in mass concrete for sunken portion of WC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment of sunken RCC slab : (i) 15mm thick plater in CM (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion while the concrete is green. (ii) Apply cement slury @ 0.488 kg/sqm cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (Make of cement composite compound of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/Sikka) (iv) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 7 days by ponding. (v) Paste 200micron thick poythene film of approved make with approved adhesives to the treated sunken surface. (vi) Joints/Traps/WC/Soil pies shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound of approved make. (vii) Testing of all traps & joints shall be done after sealing and before filling of sunken slabs and ponding test for 96 hours. (viii) Spout pipe shall be provided for drain out the water in sunken portion. Note : Flat surface shall be measured for payment.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screwshaving minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance indimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of binding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm.
