Dismantling of old u/s earthing complete with accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Design, development, supply commissioning and testing EHCC certified ground tubular effective chemical earthing system (CPRI tested for 15 KA current capacity for LT Iine) highly anticorrosive long life electrode with and including adequate protective coating to withstand servere weather conditions in the earth pit of the standard size comprising of 40mm x 3m Long Copper rod as primary conductor and hollow copper tube of 80mm x 3m long as secondary conductor to install with suitable connecting terminal confirming of IS 3043 : 1987 specification, highly conductive packing material to be filled in earth pits for providing uniform, low resistivity anticorrosive, hygroscopic medium around the earth system for improving the efficiency of current dissipation with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) 20 Kg per bag (3 bag per kit) minimum or sufficient quantities required as per site complete including RCC earthing pit cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for commissioning, installation and testing of maintenance free UL approved copper bonded earth rod of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia. (as per drg) made of high tensile low carbon steel rod , molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 50 X 6 X 200 mm for connection. The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25 KA fault current by CPRI with 50 Kg eco friendly earth enhancing compound with each earth rod. The earth pit should be 125 mm dia. the compound should comply to IEC:62561-7 having passed leaching, corrosion, sulphur and resistivity test as per IEC: 62651-7 by NABL accredit Lab with FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid. It includes GI Protection pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia. with GI strip of size 32X6 mm upto test point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- GI Strip connecting between two earthing will be measured and paid separately in respective item.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth) pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical palte No 3 of SSR Pt-I connected earthing test point/ panel all as specified including GI PCC earth chamber using PCC(1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick cast iron frame with CI cover, funnel and wire in mesh excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. M&L for checking earthing resistance value of any type of earthing chemical/ conventional by disconnecting the earthing connection and measuring the resistance value using earth resistance meter and taking down reading in register with signature from user unit, AGE E/M & JE E/M, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Penalty shall be imposed for each job @ Rs 50/- for delaying the checking of earthing within the one day for one earth.

M&L for Bore well Earthing by drilling 6" dia bore hole with DTH bore machine and in any type of strata providing 50 mm dia medium duty GI pipe duly drilled all around 15mm dia hole at a distance of 200mm from hole to hole upto 30 meter depth and providing charcol/ salt mixture all around the pipe and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm upto 7.5 meter upto test point including PCC earth chamber using PCC(1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick cast iron frame with CI cover, funnel and wire in esh excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Quoted rated are deemed to include suitable size PCC pit cast iron frame with CI cover, funnel of suitable size and providing 6" dia MS pipe medium grade upto 3 mtr depth from top level, Earth results should not be more than 1 (one ) Ohm.

M&L for Bore well Earthing by drilling 6" dia bore hole with DTH bore machine and in any type of strata providing 50 mm dia medium duty GI pipe duly drilled all around 15mm dia hole at a distance of 200mm from hole to hole upto 25 meter depth and providing charcol/ salt mixture all around the pipe and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm upto 7.5 meter upto test point, complete all as specified including PCC earth chamber using PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick cast iron frame with CI cover, funne and wire in esh excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Quoted rated are deemed to include suitable size PCC pit cast iron frame with CI cover, funnel of suitable size and providing 6" dia MS pipe medium grade upto 3 mtr depth from top level, Earth results should not be more than 1 (one ) Ohm.

M&L for removing earthing rod/plate from earthing pit along with old salt charcoal mixture/ chemical and re-filling the earth pit with new salt charcoal mixture/ chemical to recharge the earthing pit and refixing the complete earthing set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (i) Salt charcoal mixture / Chemical compound to be supplied and paid separately in item no. 10.01 to 10.03. (ii) Cost of excavation /T&P shall be deemed to be included in the overall rate quoted by contractor
