Supply and fix in replacement HT disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly with tension clamps for working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for HT loop type insulator vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.50 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible sags and providing jumper, etc., fixing on electric poles and binding to insulators with aluminum binding wire as in OH conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one GI spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm dia suitable for working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing, overhauling greasing, replacing mini parts i.e lugs, male/ female contacts, dropout fuse assembly, nuts, bolts, washers, of suitable sizes and refixing as per the original position of air break gang operated switches HT 11 KV 3 phase, any capacity ( 200/400 ) Amps vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as directed. NOTE :- (a) Parts needed to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the GOD functional even if notified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department.

(a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection cleaning, mechanical spring all as directed. (b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning of complete unit and refixing of the bus bar. (c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments replacement of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete. (d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays all as directed. (e) Carrying out inspection and testing of auxiliary power system all as directed. (f) Assembling of complete HT switch gear unit, proper greasing oiling / for easy operation and connection of incoming and outgoing cable and make all necessary adjustment and testing complete . Note : Transformer oil to be used for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply & Pouring of New Transformer Oil, conforming to IS:335-1983 to achieve a Di-electric Strength upto 60 KV with Oil Testing Kit 4.0mm thick to Top Up of the Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.Make of oil- Power oil/

Disconnecting HV/ LV connections of transformer, including disconnecting of earthing lead, unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, testing their un-serviceability (Open and closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of transformer 100 to 630 KVA 11000/433, and isolation transformer of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing, testing of transformer of 100 to 630 KVA , 11000/433 indoor/ outdoor, disconnecting all internal connections of HT/LT side for periodical maintenance such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to removed dust/ sludge on core and coil, cleaning of oil tank to removed sludge deposited, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/ unserviceable HV/LV ceramic bushing, broken arc horn, surge arrestor, replacement of silica gel, etc. and then after assembling to all complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) Cost of transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate. (b) Replacement of spares parts will paid seperately under relevant item.
