Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the rubbish out from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size, sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in closing the openings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick /concrete wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall in two layers (thickness of each layer not more than 10 mm finished even & smooth. The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primering paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of 1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards of any description as in panelling, ceiling, partition, cupboards, etc. including cover fillets in any surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prelaminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5 mm thick, stuck on inner framework of 35 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet. The strips should have a groove of 6 mm width and 2 mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the wall and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 300 mm c/c. The PVC strips to be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners including necessary moulding work on doors, windows, pillars and opening, etc. Note:- (a) Work for fixing of wall panelling shall be got executed through manufacturer's authorised applicators only under the close supervision of their technical staff. (b) The entire quantity of wall panelling and their allied ancillaries shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer only.
