Repair to door panel of DG SET by taking down carefully door panel of the DG SET 160 KVA and refitted after replacement of the hinges -02 Nos and welding work if reqd to set & fix the door panel properly

M&L for Opening of defective AMF Panel of capacity 160 KVA and segregating serviceable and un serviceable parts and refixing the serviceable parts along with the following new parts suitable for 160 KVA DG Set complete all as directed:- i) Complete internal wiring of interconnected contactor bus bar . ii) Replacement of Relay Model MCX- 34 contractor=2 Nos. iii) Push switch-02Nos iv) Indicator lamp-6 Nos v) Timer delay relay suitable vi) Electronic battery charger kit box-1 vii) MCB Fuse unit of 250 A rating for DG & main supply-02 nos

M&L for taking out self starter, of stand by DG Set cap. 63 KVA opening and segregating serviceable & unserviceable parts,cleaning the serviceable parts for re-use, greasing,Oiling re-assembling the self starter and replacement of following unserviceable parts :- (a) Carbon bushes (b) Brass plunger (c) Solenoid switch (d) Body brass nut (e) Funnel coil

All as per item no. 46 above but stand by DG Set cap. 125 KVA

S&F in replacement of Battary terminal Lead of copper of existing size having on end battery terminal of brass and thimble on other ends 1.5 mtrs long complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply only Distilled water for all DG Sets as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of radiator of DG set of any capacity by gauging using Kerosene oil , radiator clening solution, with hydrolic pressure of pump and brush and necessary soldering work as reqd as spcified by Engr- in -Charge

Dismantling of alternator 63 KVA its segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, repplacement of following worn out parts :- (a) Carban bushes (b) Rectifier bolt bearing (c) Bearing (d) Rewinding of alternator with suitable size of copper wire, varnishing papering (e) Cable connector with suitable size of alluminium lugs.

All as per item no. 52 above but stand by DG Set cap. 125 KVA

Supply and replacement Hand rotated pump of required capacity or taking out DHPP from barrel as directed by Engr-in-charge
