Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) of apporach road mechnically compacted to 97% standared proctor density at omc including breaking of clods pulverising dressing the earth to required level and slopes and in layer not more than 20cm and compacted with power road roller in each layers.Earth shall be excavated from out side of apporoch slopes and pit not exceeding 50cm in depth including all leads and lifts of earth and charges of watering and hire and fule charges of road roller, all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work and also including one lift Carted upto 2km distance.

Excvation of fouandation in ordainary soil in making trenches to widening the existing road in 7.00 mtr width in proper alingments including lift up to 1.50 mtr and lead up to 30.00 mtr and including filling watering and ramming, excavated earth into trenches or in the side of embankment and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by incharge up to adistance of 30.00 mtr from the trenches in widening portion.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Mort&H specification 406 Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge..

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. with 1% cement and 3.5% SS2 Emulsion. Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete(Grade-II) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Complete in all respects as Per direction of Ergineer-In-Charge.

Interlocking :- Supply of 80mm thick I-shape zig-zag machenically compacted M40 Grade Inter Locking of cement concrete pavment block 200x(600+120)mm with 5mm thick toping of O.P. cement mixed 25% make paver block Tata Red (445/446) as per SOR NS-10all complete in all respects as per direction of E/I.

Brick masonary work in 1:3 sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification as per SOR Ref No 307

( M-20) R.C.C. work for raft foundation with cement approved course sand & 2CM gauge approved dalla grit porportion of 1:1.5:3 excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWGGI binding wire complete in all respect

Mild Steel or iron work in plain work such as R.C.C.or R.B. work complete in all respect.

Struck pointing with 1:2 cement & F/sand mortar on bricks work I/C raking the joints washing & cleaning and supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 574.

R.C.C. "U" TYPE DRAIN Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade (M-20)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

05 Year Maintenance- 1st Year maintenance charge @ 0.00% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

2nd Year maintenance charge @ 0.25% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).

3rd Year maintenance charge @ 0.50% including labour cess.(GST shall be paid extra).
