Repair work of Warehouse of Baad in District Mathura

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. as per DSR.No.-2.32, Ch.No.-2

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. as per DSR.No.-15.56, Ch.No.-15

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in as per DSR No. 6.1.1 (Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand)

15mm Cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DSR.No.-13.6.1, Ch.No.-13

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. as per DSR.No.-13.88, Ch.No.-13

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) as per DSR.No.-13.44.1, Ch.No.-13

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: 13.48.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. as per DSR.No.-13.48.2, Ch.No.-13

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: 13.48.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25ltr/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @0.75 ltr/10sqm. as per DSR No.-13.48.1, Ch.No.-13

Fixing old glass panes with wooden fillets (excluding cost of fillets) as per DSR.No.-14.11, Ch.No.-14

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per DSR.No.-4.2.2, Ch.No.-4

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. (110 mm) as per DSR No. 12.43.2
