Make: Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Nerolac / Shalimar paints as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing for Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Gde Fe-290(Gde-165-E) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for multi-rib TM profile high tensile 550 MPA yield strength colour coated galvalume steel sheet having maximum pitch of 250mm, c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The feed material is to be manufacture out of 0.50mm (TCT). Total coated thickness with 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkyd backer, zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150. The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with ttoal mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal or fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof, complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA / JSW sample as approved by GE.

Dismantling of floor hearth/wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles and debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Black Granite (of any type) stone / tiles 15-18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulding, cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Sample as approved by GE.

M & L for exterior wall tiles 6 to 8 mm thick area n exc 0.06 sqm each tiles set & jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make – Johnson (Endura) or Somany Pilkington / Khajaria, sample as approved by GE.

M & L for first and premium quality glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles 300mm x 200mm or 405mm x 250mm x 6mm to 7m thick in dados, riser to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make – Johnson or Somany Pilkington / Khajaria, sample as approved by GE.

M & L for first and premium quality non skid, ceramic “coloured” digtal tiles of premium or first quality of size 400 x 400 x 6-7mm thick, in floor, shelves etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Make – Johnson or Somany Pilkington / Khajaria, sample as approved by GE.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel or wrought iron work of any description at any position at any height of building complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel work in purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces, cleats conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor exc half brick but not exc one brick for inserting holdfasts and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cementitious bond coat using cement 2.2 kg per square metre on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material through authorised applicators of manufacturers as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed (Note: SBR latex will be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 25 mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 cement and 2 graded quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material through authorised applicators of manufacturers as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed (Note: SBR latex will be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

Supply only approved SBR latex from FOSROC/BASF/DR FIXIT/ SIKA for bonding coat / Polymer modified cement mortor. Note: Rate will be in terms of solid contents of polymer.

Use and waste fromwork to faces of smooth finished walls, retaining walls, abutement, parapets, and staircase railings and similar works including attached pilasters, buttressess etc; vertical or to batter including bolting, strutting, propping etc so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and placing in position micro-concrete, grade M40, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion, obtained from Fosroc / SIKA / BASF/ Dr Fixit, thickness of section up to 75 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Use and waste formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams & columns complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement bars will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be completed as per manufacturers instructions. Sample as approved by GE.

S & F for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be completed as per manufacturers instructions. Sample as approved by GE.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for E-board tiles ceiling on GI powder coated channel/Tee/Grid of make (Armstrong or equivalent) frame work with the following specification including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed with following:- (a) M & L Plugging to wall around the rooms & supplying & fixing GI powder coated angle of make (Armstrong or equivalent) of size 25 x 25 mm. (b) S & F 1.60 mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps including fixing to ceiling with dash free fasteners. (c) S & F GI powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595 mm centre to centre supported suspenders along with adjustable clamps to maintain level. (d) S & F E-board ceiling tilesof size 595 mm x 595 mm x 4 mm thickness, confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI powder coated tee with clips made to shape, shade and pattern of tiles shall be as approved by GE

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1100 volt grade 1.5 Sq.mm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor IS-694 drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC casing caping of suitable size , with all fittings, concealed in wall / roof / floor including decorative modular cover plates (inner and outer) with frames suitable for housing modular pattern switches/ sockets/ regulators etc. along with necessary metal boxes flush mounting in the wall duly earthed with same cable as for wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

PVC insulated multi strandard copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to light fitting (connector block of lamp fitting) and one for earthing complete all as specified and directed. S & F exhaust fan of capacity 380 mm sweep, 900 RPM , heavy duty working on single phase 240 volts AC supply complete with louvers and including fixing on wall / window with necessry fittings in round shape for fixing of exhaust fan with the help of 4 Nos anchor fasterner bolts and connection between fan connector and ceiling rose with the help of pvc insulated , multistranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 0.75 sq mm ( SS bldg ventilations) and complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells Tuibojet SP Heavy duty or equivalent in Almonard / Usha / Khaitan sample as approved by GE.

Taking down u/s submain wiring and Supply and fixing in repair Sub main wiring with two run of 4 sqmm stranded copper conductor FRLSH wire with one run of 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including PVC casing caping of adequate size for housing the wires for one AC point complete all as specified. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. Mode of measurement two runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable with PVC conduite shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, in repair, 240 volt, 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / Legrand / MDS sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosures for DB, single door, when MCBs to be used 240 volts, two way with single pole and neutral fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs / thimbles duly crimped for connection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / Legrand / MDS sample as approved by GE.
