Removing the existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table and supply & fixing new stainless steel lock, four levers with duplicate keys complete all as per drawing. Make Godrej, Harrison or Link.

Replacement of unserviceable drawer from table office clerk steel with new steel drawer made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted one coat with synthetic enemal paint over one coat primer as directed all as per drawing.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces (externally and internally including shelves etc) by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents and scratches, if any and filling the same with paste filler and applying a coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed .

Removing existing unserviceable plastic cane, recanning in mat pattern with new plastic cane 4 mm wide half round white colour 0.4mm thick to the seat and back in chair verandah all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old painted iron or steel surfaces by scrubing and rubbing down with emery/sand paper removing dents and scratches, if any filling the same with paste filler applying a coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repairs of white PVC shoes minimum thickness 3 mm as approved by GE and as directed.

Re-alignment and Welding of broken parts of the frame of chair Verandah to its original shape as per drawing in accordance with standard workmanship/ directed .

Removing existing unserviceable plastic seat & back, canning in mat pattern with new plastic cane 4 mm wide half round white colour 0.4mm thick to the seat and back in chair verandah all as specified and as directed .

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH MNF (Drawing No FD-220)

Removing of old unserviceable nylon Newar from charpoy GI pipe. Reweaving the charpoy at top and bottom in mat pattern with new newar of quality approved by GE, white in colour made out of Virgin Nylon, 50 mm wide and closely woven with both sides (i.e 17 and 33 strips), weight not less than 1.50 kg per charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drgs. Retightening and Realignment of the frame of Charpoy GI pipe in original shape after carrying out threading as per requirement of rails or legs as directed .

S&F in replacemet of new long rail of 32 mm dia Medium grade GI pipes ISI Marked all as specified and shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm bore received from item 5.02 including cutting threading etc as required and directed.

Replacement of unservicable legs from charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia received from item 5.03 including cutting threading etc as required and directed with bottom plug made of Sal wood and flat iron clamp 02 Nos for MNF set duly painted with two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacemenet of new Check nuts made of 10 mm thick MS plate galvanized coating suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade for GI pipe Charpoy all as directed.

Scrapping of old paint of locker bed side by scrubbing with abrasive paper internally and externally including shelves. Denting & realignment of door shutters. Preparing the surfaces by applying oil based putty at edges and make good dents. Thereafter applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and with spray machine complete as approved and directed .

LOCKER STEEL (Drawing No FD 1029)

Taking out unserviceable handle without damaging the adjacent parts of Locker Steel and supply & fixing new steel chromium plated handles 100 mm long of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable hinge and supply and fixing of new MS butt hinge of 75 mm long medium weight (as per existing size) to the body or to the shutter as required for Locker steel complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out unservicable leg of locker steel and S&F of legs made of shapes as shown in drg/existing made of mild steel sheet 1 mm thick complete all as specified and directed..

Removing of old unserviceable seat. Supply & fixing new seat made out of teak wood first class duly canned in Godrej pattern and painted with enamel paint of superior quality black colour of suitable size and fixed with new screws complete all as per drawing nd as directed .

Ditto all as per item No. 8.01 above but old unserviceable back complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable arm. Supply & fixing new arm made of Ist class teakwood of size and shape as per existing and including applying of one coat of black paint fixed with new screws and washers complete all as per drawing as specified & directed.

Preparation of old steel surface of teapoy verandah, scrubing the old paint, de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed.

Taking out unservicable shoes. Supply and fixing of PVC white shoes minimium thickness 3mm shoes as approved complete all as directed.

Re-alignment and Welding (in smooth finish) of broken parts of the frame of teapoy Verandah to its original shape as per drawing in accordance with standard workmanship and as directed.

Taking out/removing of unserviceable tapestry cloth from the seat and back. Supply and upholstering of the seat and back with the tapestry cloth (Acrylic/polyester/poly viscos/poly prophelene) of quality approved by GE as per existing/specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of seat (510X470X60mm) with moulded poly urethane foam including upholstering of cloth of quality approved by GE as per existing complete as specified and directed.

Realignment, overhauling and repair of the gas lift mechanism of the seat to its original/functional working status as directed and specified .

S&F in replacement of twin wheel castors of quality approved by GE as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Arm rest black interal skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant of quality approved by GE as specified and directed.

Form without back FD-77

Replacement of unservicable seat. Supply and fixing of New seat (as per existing size) of teakwood first class plank one piece of thickness 25mm duly french polished in high gloss finish as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Black PVC shoes minimium thickness 3mm suitable for legs of size 25mm square tube as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge and complete all as specified.

Preparation of old steel surface of form without back, scrubing the old paint, de-rusting the surface with and including painting with Spray machine one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH MNF (Drawing No FD-220R)

Taking out unservicable 12mm thick Plywood size 1980mm x 900mm from GI Charpoy with plytop and S&F new plywood of above size (1980mm x 900mm & 12 mm thick general purpose BWR Grade ISI marked) with half round teakwood beading of 12mm thick one length to be fixed on each side of 12mm thick plywood with synthetic adhesive and plypins. 75 mm long bolts and nuts and steel washers (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacemet of long rail with new of of 32 mm dia Medium grade GI pipes ISI Marked all as specified and shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore but "except pipe" including cutting threading etc as required and directed. Note : Pipe shall be used from unserviceable long rail obtained from item No 17.02 here in before.

Replacement of unservicable legs from charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia but "except pipe" including cutting threading etc as required and directed with bottom plug made of Sal wood and flat iron clamp 02 Nos for MNF set duly painted with two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pipe obtained from ser item No 17.02 & 17.03 above shall be used for this items.

Taking out unservicable hand board and S&F 18 mm thick made of MDF board exterior grade (Grade I, Type-II) ISI marked duly post -formed with 0.6 mm thick laminate in colour/shade as approved by GE with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed on two sides with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete top openable with PVC edging (Hinged on RHS) screwed to 25mm dia hollow steel pipe inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame all as directed.

Taking out old/unserviciable seat and supply & fix new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with acrylic/poly propylene fabric( range not less than 300/RM) and mouled polyurethene foam 50 mm thick and 50 density (Make-Sleepwell(Cool Gel-S)/Godrej) with PVC lipping all round complete all as shown on drawing & directed.

S&F new back after removing unserviciable back complete all as directed.

Removing Arm rest of chair writing steel & supply & fixing new PU arm rest. All as directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted surface by scraping & rubbing and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint with shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer through spray machine before fitting of above parts all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable/broken frame and S&F new cantilever type MS tublar frame powder coated made out of 25x10mmsec. All as directed.
