Taking down exiting treatment of any description including cement plaster any thickness from the roof surfaces of building and cleaning of top surfaces in all respect for preparing it for further treatment and removing the rubbish from site.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on RCC roof surfaces, finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (a) Applying 1st course of bitumenous primer @ 0.4 kg/sqm conforming to IS-3384 over plastered surface . (b) Applying 2nd course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180® C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm with 160 Grams/sqm non woven polyster made at center core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat . (d) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20 mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compond and jointed, pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of roof surfaces of RCC roof (any type) tiles with brush and removing all vegetation, plants, roots, grass, leaves any type of material asked to remove at any height of bldg or any part of bldg complete all as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated brick /concrete plastered /un-plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc and applying Three coats of white wash on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam ectr and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (APEX) with necessary scaffoding up to 4th storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam ect by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion (APEX) with necessary scaffoding up to 4th storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/ brick surfaces of walls (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces including preparation.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick /concrete plastered /un-plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of lime white wash on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and aoolying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.
