SPECIAL REPAIR OF DRAIN FROM RAILWAY CROSSING TO Y JUNCTION OF TRG AREA AT PMS

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete including removal of the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain work and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500 m or part thereof beyond 500 m and upto total distance of 1.5 km at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kankar or laterite,with mix of fly ash ,clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 ( i.e. 10% fly ash,30% clinker & 60% stone dust ) laying in layers n.exc 100mm thick ,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, watering ,ramming and compacted complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge .

M & L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains for benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish smooth & even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finish drain channel inner girth exc 30 cm but not exc 50 cm in girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cills, steps, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcement, if required, shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over as in stirrups , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending pirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2, 600 mm bore laid and jointed in trenches or in floors complete with collar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete bed to drain pipe for 600mm bore of pipe including forming cradles in Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 complete all as specified and directed.
