Weathering Course Concrete to 80 mm thickness (average) using 20mm size Brick jelly with slacked lime in the proportion 32:12:50 (No sand to be used) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and finishing with one layer of Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x 20mm embedded in Cement Mortor 1:3 mix mixed with Water Proofing compound and pointed with same mixed mortor to full depth of tiles etc., complete.

Pressed Tiles over the RCC roof slab in the proposition being brickjelly to lime 32:12:1/2 by volume and laid into a single layer and consolidate to required finished thickness beating the mixture with wooden beaters keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinking lime jaggery water including all other labour charges etc., complete and one layer of pressed tiles set in c.m. 1:3 etc., complete. (25% of Old Tiles to be used)

White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Distembering two coats with Exterior emulsion over one coat of primarycoat including clearing preparing the surface

Painting TWO coats of Over Old iron works for such as doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete

Repairs for Doors and Windows etc. complete.
