Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. incl. disposal of surplus excavated earth incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 12.5 mm nominal size) & curing complete incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T/H.L.

Centring & shuttering incl.strutting propping etc and removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, incl. cutting,hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Providing and laying dry stone agg. using 40mm nominal size incl. spreading, levelling,sand grouting, watering, ramming, etc all complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing & fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A incl. jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diametre

Providing and fixing sign board (Iron Made ) ( sheet size 0.90 mtr x 0.60 mtr) with both legs embedded in cement concrete block incl. painting and writing & all leads, lifts and carriages of material by MT/HL
