Dismantling of asbestos, cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings , complelet all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings (framed work) 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) of any type and any thickness including cover fillets/GI grid framework complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow steel section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley gutter, ridge & similar works fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 600x600mm) with powder coated GI angle of size 25x25x3mm fixed along wall perimeter, main runner 'T' of size 25x40x3mm , secondary runner 'T' of size 25x30x3mm suspended with 3mm GI wire @ 1200mm c/c of ceiling by fasteners of adjustable guide hanger including clips/MS fitments to hold the panels including 4mm thick prelaminated designer ceiling board to be inserted in this GI snap grid complete all as specified.
