M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment of any pattern and including 25mm thick sand scushion all wall in rammred and leveled as approved by GE and as per manufacture Instruction complete all as specified.(Shape and size will be approved by GE)

M&L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment of any pattern as including 25mm thick sand cushion in rammared and leveled approved by GE and as per manufacture Instruction complete all as specified..(Shape and size will be approved by GE)

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 22 to 25mm, set with grey cement and no pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specifed.

Factory made prepolished precast concrete designer tiles, ISI marked with grey cement & pigment, 25mm thick of outdoor size 300mm x 300mm , in floors , set and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & incl 20 mnm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed complete, all as specified.

M&L for rustic (out door) tiles pre polished, precast concrete tiles of size 300x300x20-25 mm thick heavy duty of approved pattern/ design, laid on floor over 15 mm thick, screed bed (1:4), set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match to colour of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete of type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded agg in foundation filling and mass complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded agg as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges completed as specified.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete in kerb stone M-15, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone agg with solid blocks of size 300x300x100 mm and setting with cement mortar (1:3) and pigments, complete as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including excavation ,RFR and removal all as specified.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified.

M&L for providing RCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel beam on pre cast RCC complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate)

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made )100mm long, 12mmm dia with hexagonal or sqsuare head at one end and screw the other, or screwed bolt ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
