Brick Work in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size ( 9” x 4 3/8” x 23/4 “ )from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior plastic emulsion paint over base coat as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications.
