Horticulture work and Cleaning, Sweeping work by deployment of Minimum One No. labour for Gardening and Minimum One No. labour for cleaning & sweeping at Govt. Girls High School, Khedar (Code 1497) and Govt. Girls Primary School, Khedar for the period Dec. 2021 to March 2025

Surface dressing of ground including removing rank sqm vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m in all kind of soils.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Brick work in plinth and super structure with lead 5 km (AOR) Bricks will be provided by RGTPP.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying 60 mm thick ISi marked inter locking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 35 over the bed of 25 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering,All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level:

15 mm cement plaster of mix :1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means cum including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -incharge Existing bathroom slab/beam. i)7'x18'x0.5'=63 Cft or 1.78cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water litre storage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes.

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3 in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level:

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade work (Two or more coats applied@ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) For boundary wall

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and comers, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Rebarring work with 10ml inject able mortar epoxy adhesive (Hybrid Urethane Methacrylate adhesive) or chemical compound of make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect including drilling and cost of all materials.10 mm dia (hole size 14 mm.& hole depth up to 100 each mm).

Wiring for Light/Fan/call bell point in 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in 1.6 mm thick PVC conduit pipe.

Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S.sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Providing and laying of precast terrazzo tiles 20 to 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes up to 12 mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles.

Design & fixing of SS304 letter as per matter(89 letters x 24 inch=2136 inch)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete
