Shifting of welding equipment, diesel operated dewatering pump, tools and tackles and men power from contractor’s warehouse/Workshop to site for carrying out the necessary repairs works.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations , drains pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 M in width) and for shafts, wells , cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sq.M on Plan, including dressing, of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 M , including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed; All kinds of soil. The details of which are as under: Earthwork = 1.25 M x 5 M x 2.5 M = 15.625 CUM Deducting volume of Pipe = 0.157 CUM Net Quantity of Earthwork = 15.625 – 0.157 = 15.47 CUM

Dewatering of accumulated water from the trench by way of using dewatering pump / manually by engagement of workers through buckets. The job also includes arranging of fuel required for operation of pump, suction and delivery hoses for disposal of accumulated water. (Tentative Dewatering Hours taken in considerations for 5 Hours).

Rectification of damaged portion of 200 mm Dia MS Rising main by way of using an electric arc welding machine using superior quality welding electrodes of reputed make, electric cables, tools and tackles required for carrying out rectification job successfully to achieve a leak proof welding joint. The job includes utilizing services of highly skilled workers at site. The welding shall have to be carried out at single or multiple spots to arrest the leakage completely. The repaired / rectified spot be tested for leakages post repairs. The job also includes providing of Metal Plate / Strip / any other suitable Metal part for rectification of leakage. The nature of leakage is of complex in nature as the job has to be carried out during night hours in order to avoid blockage of road and also the welding for rectification of the job is to be carried out approximately 5 to 6 feet from top level of the road.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rocks) including already excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 Mtrs and lifts upto 1.5 M
