Taking out [desilting] silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state from the manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the man hole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as specified and as directed of manholes of depth not exceeding 1.00 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bailing out water from existing septic tank and filter bed including inspection chamber and getting out sludge and other accumulated materials complete by mannually or using the machinery for work in foul position or in liquid mud all as directed by Engineer -In - Charge including refilling the water all as directed for any capacity.

M&L for excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m area on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition and breaking up SGSW drain pipes of internal dia 150 mm & 200mm in cement mortar including bedding and hunching complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for unplasticized drainage pipe 160mm dia type "B" with wall thickness 4mm(min) of pressure rating 8 KN/sqm laid in trenches and jointed with cement solvent including testing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for unplasticized drainage pipe 200mm dia type "B" with wall thickness 4mm(min) of pressure rating 8 KN/sqm laid in trenches and jointed with cement solvent including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 160mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor incl all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description or in any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) , water troughs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 20 here-in-before but 6 to 8 mm dia.

M&L for taking down of cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC as in plinth protection / apron type C-2, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) finishing ceme-nt surfaces even and fair without using extra cement and spike rolling complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface excavation not exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15cm deep in foul condition for removing heaps of waste, cleaning of flora, fauma, follage and bushes around septic tanks,manholes and soak pits removing debris/ heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) complete vitreous china white including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (Orissa pattern white of size 580 mm x 440mm with integral foot rest, CI "P" or "S" trap all fittings complete including connection to trap and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe including PCC and making good to floor,cleaning surface and finishing the surface as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line in any depth including affected/connected manholes and desludging, dewatering of man hole of any size by mechanical sucking/pressure pump(truck mounted) including cleaning of connected sewage pipe line of size 100/150/160/200/300mm bore laid in trenches and any length,including water closet, gully trap etc by hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site flushing the line and manholes with water as to make the fully functional line with man hole to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and removing sludge out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same. Adequate water for flush out sludge to be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. Pipe line including manholes cleared/cleaned under this item is to be maintained by the contractor and kept fully functional by removing any type of blokage of entire period of completion of work without any extra cost and refixing manhole cover after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note: unit rate quoted by tendere shall include taking out sludge from line and manhole(liquid,semi-liquid,solid) excavation of borrow pit for dumping sludge, removing including loading, unloading and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-II Sub division by deploying manpower by cleaning/clearing/removal blockage such as blockage/ chocked in any type/size/height/depth/location of WCs/urinal /bathroom /kitchen /WHB upto 1st manhole of sewage line along with any type/size/height/depth bore of outlet of SGSW/PVC/CI/ UPVC/RCC etc pipe & including all kind of traps such as inspection chamber/Floor/ Nahani /Gully /Intercepting /bottle trap/P or S/multi floor traps of any type SGSW/PVC/CI/UPVC etc and in any position below or above ground level, in any floor, located in different situations, including opening/clearing eyes of sewage waste pipes/vent pipe etc, opening the access cover/ grating and taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/ sludge water/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid / semi solid/solid /bricks bats/debris/soil etc any unwanted materials of any kind etc including flushing with adequate water after cleaning make the all system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/ unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :-For serial item no 01, 02, 03, 30 & 31 contractor will deploy five mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - II Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of Non deployment of Mazdoor recovery @ RS 400/day per mazdoor will be recovered from contractor. (ii) Contractor accredited representative shall be available during cleaning. (iii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include excavation of borrow pits for dumping, removing including loading/ unloading and transportation in covered container etc (v) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for Washing, cleaning floors with adequate water of any type of drops and splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs. (vii) Contractor will ensure to remove the foul material in packed containers.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 85,450.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249.
