1) Providing PUF Panel Roofing and Flooring Arrangements in PU Elemetary School Building West Side Building in Rasingapuram Village of Rasingapuram Panchayat

Dismantling Wooden Doors and Windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings including all cost etc..,

Dismantling Brick / Stone Masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m high including all cost etc..,

Dismantling Mangalore Tiles Roofing over Pan Tiles without roof timbers including all cost etc..,

Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel Grade & shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyester top coat of 18-20 microns on one side / outer side. The PPGI Sheets / PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation. Providing ridges or hips ,encasing the ends of Panel with plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc complete excluding the cost of trusses, purlins and inclusive of cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying & fixing of Kotta Stone of 20mm thick with nosing, cutting and bedding laidover in CM 1 : 2 20mm thick - 10 Sqm (Polished Rajasthan Kota Stone Slabs of 20mm thick with Machine Cut Edges of size below 2'0" x 2'0"

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering in CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 12mm thick in Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including etc., as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Cudappah Slab 50mm thick including all cost and conveynce etc.,

supply and Delivery of steel door inculuding cost and conveyance of all matrialse to site etc

(The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works)

Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall,covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points Per Coil)(S.D.No.20)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.(S.D.No.36)

Supply and fixing of Tube Light fitting ( LED ) complete with guard suitable for lamp with 40 W bulb with PVC unsheated leads from terminal to the fitting (S.D.No.87)
