M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, projected face of chajja, projected face of roof slabs & fce and sides of sunshade including preparation of surfaces including cornices, plasters etc complete and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in pattern (two or more colour combination) over one coat of alkali resistant primining paint over 3mm thick wall care putty (Make-JK/Birla white) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Design, pattern & colour will be approved by the GE).

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall, projected face of chajja, projected faces of roof slabs & face and sides of sunshade including preparation of surfaces including cornices, plasters etc complete and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in pattern (two or more colour combination ) over one coat of alkali resistant primining paint over 3mm thick wall care putty (Make- JK/Birla white) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Design, pattern & colour will be approved by the GE)

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of Chajja, roof, Projection & slab etc ceiling surfaces finished even and fair including taking down old ceiling plaster ht upto 7-8 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing roof treatment (far felt of any thickness) at any height of the building and cleaning the roof thoroughly with wire brushes and brooms to remove all loose particles and re removing the debris out side MoD land all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud/mud puska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, benching existing roof slab to slope as per existing or as directed

M&L for screed bed of 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) cover concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with @ 200 ml liquid water proofing compound by 50 Kg weight of cement (1 Bag) as per manufacturers instruction including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC) shall be measured and paid separately). (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for cleaning the roof surface from dust /dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per square meter uniformity after the surfaces fully dried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over APP Membrane @ 1.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 Gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor. Membrane shall be laid with 100 mm side/end lap on prepared surface as per manufacturer instruction work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supersion of Manufacturs all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick tiles 40 mm thick over roof treatment. Laid over and including 15 mm thick screed be din cement mortar (1:6) mixed with and including polymer based liquied water proofing additive @ 200 ml liquid water proofing compound by 50 Kg weight of cement (1 Bag) or as per manufacturers specification and joints of brick tiles shall be filled with cement mortar (1:4) mix with and including 5% curde oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint on APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 0.1 Ltr/Sqm in each coat including preparation of surfaces of roof etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Factory made epoxy powder coated Vertical load line distribution boards (VTPN) 6 ways 415 Volt grade with doubled door with acrylec top cover (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper bus bar netrual bar standard DIN rail. Earth bar and cable ties for cable manangement . top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified and directed (Make Legrand/L&T/ABB) Note: MCB/MCCBs shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule

M& L in replacment of sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area4 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete. Note:- (a) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles & Neutral and current carrying capacity 40 to 63 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

S& F MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified & directed .

Taking down carefully aluminium batten point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iv) Exhaust fan and ceiling fan shall be taken down in under separate item of this schedule.
