Item No. 2: Comprehensive maintenance of Split Air Conditioning Units of all makes of 1.0 TR capacity at different locations and carrying out routine maintenance of the equipement & allied accessories etc. with the manpower listed in Item No. 1 including providing of spares refrigerant, copper pipes, drain pipe including compressor, documentation as required as per the special condition & preventive maintenance schedule enclosed.

Item No. 8: Comprehensive maintenance, routine maintenance & operation of Package/ Ductable Split Type AC of 22 TR capaity (Make: Blue Star) Air-Conditioning Unit Job complete with indoor and outdoor unit, Electric Control Panel & allied accessories etc. with the manpower listed in Item No. 1 including providing of compressor, spares viz refrigerant, copper pipes, drain pipe, documentation as required and as per the special condition & preventive maintenance schedule enclosed.

Item No. 9: Comprehensive maintenance, routine maintenance of Water Coolers installed at different locations of all makes of 40/80 & 60/80 Ltrs. Capacity and inbuilt/separately installed water filter cum purifiers (Make: Eureka Forbes/ Kelby/Usha/ Kent/Usha RO etc.) & allied accessories with the manpower listed in Item No. 1 including providing of required spares i,e replacement of electronic/ electrical parts, compressor, booster pump and other allied accessories etc. but excluding the consumable items mentioned in Item no. 14 (14.1 to 14.7) i.e. membrane, activated carbon block etc.,periodical cleaning of filters, quarterly testing of drinking water quality from approved Test Lab, maintaining necessary documentation as per the special condition & preventive maintenance schedule enclosed.

Item No. 10: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of existing RO plant of 250 LPH, make-KELBY by cleaning periodically i/c supply and replacement of required spares, filters, electrical and electronics parts and other minor spares etc. but excluding membrane as mentioned in item no. 14(f & g) with the manpower listed in Item No. 1 quaterly testing of drinking water quality from approved Test Lab, maintaining necessary documentation as per special condition and preventive maintenance schedule enclosed.

Item No. 11: Dismantling of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR Split type AC Units i/c Stabilizers, refrigerant pipes, power cables, Supports etc., i/c shifting and handing over to AAI store etc. complete as required.

Item No. 12: Installation testing and Commissioning of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR Airconditioning Unit including making necessary hole on concrete / brick wall and making good the same i/c providing suitable size PVC pipe for drawing the drain pipe and wire etc. through the concrete / brick wall as required.

Item No. 13: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following nominal sizes of soft drawn copper refrigerant piping for Split ACs with necessary jointing / brazing including, insulated with nitrile rubber, tubular sleeve sections of specified thickness as below for suction and Liquid lines i/c providing and fixing of all accessories, vaccumization and Nitrozen testing etc.,icluding fixing Arrangements for the following copper tubes in the ceiling/Wall including providing and fixing neccessary suspenders/supports etc., complete as required.
