Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 METRE long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying Two Coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally upto Planting Depth and applying with Two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a Coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including throughly cleaning the existing surface, painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with two coats of aluminum paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 meter height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lantern of dia 60 CM for fixing of flood light, cap type to be fixed on the top of 9 m SP-31 Steel pole , made of MS pipe medium grade dia greater than the top dia of the pole of length 0.35 M supported by MS flat iron of size 50X6 mm 8 nos including two coat of aluminium painting over a coat of redoxide primer including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace GI pipe fixed on the top of gate piller by 50 mm dia medium grade GI pipe of length 30 cm( 20 CM inside the piller and 10cm above the piller including necessary cement work and making hole on GI pipe if required complete all as directed. Note: Quoted rate inclusive of making good of disturbed suface including necessary painting to match with the adjoining surface.

M & L in replacement of old unserviceable earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note :- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 50mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps of size 40 X 4 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 80mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps of size 40 X 4 mm, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber made out of 3mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 60cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including 125 Amps MCCB with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm (30cm depth below ground level and 30cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, cable glands at entry and outlet points and excavation, earth work, returning filling in and removal of surplus soils including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.
