Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint.

S&F double charged vitrified tiles 600 x600 x 8 - 9 mm thick in floors etc and 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 in cement mortar. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceremic colour tiles (600x300x6-7mm) thick, in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item No 78 & 79 (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by L1 contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 78 & 79 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric(MS Jali) fixed to steel members weight n. exc. 4 kg/sqm incl welding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only MS butt hinges 100mm medium weight.
