ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES / ALMIRAH LARGE 1/2H x 1/2Sh STEEL / ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL W / GLASS & SHELVES (FD-1031 / 1033 / FD-243 / 751 / 104) : Removing the following unserviceable parts from ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES / ALMIRAH LARGE 1/2H x 1/2S STEEL / ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL W / GLASS & SHELVES and supply & fix new components duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Rate shall be inclusive of all expenditure incurred for carrying out repair works at various sites / BSO yard as directed by Engr in Charge.

Shelves of size 485mm x 920mm made with 1mm thick MS sheet.

Set of shutters / doors made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

Supply & fix of new mirror / glass and relative frame as per the specification all as specified and directed.

Removing the dents and bends and welding wherever necessary and scrapping down old painted surface completely and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun on almirah complete all as specified and directed.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM / SMALL WITH SHELVES STEEL (FD-1032/ FD-243) : Removing the following unserviceable parts from ALMIRAH MEDIUM / SMALL WITH SHELVES STEEL and supply & fix new components duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer with spraying machine complete all as specified and directed.

Shelves of size 440mm x 765mm made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

Set of shutters / doors made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

Removing the dents and bends and welding wherever necessary and scrapping down old painted surface completely and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun on almirah complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / servicing/ Replacement of lever set of ALMIRAH LARGE, MEDIUM / SMALL all as specified and directed.

Removing damaged Legs from ALMIRAH and supply and fix new legs of size 440mm x 100mm made out of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted.

Removing un-serviceable locks from all kinds of ALMIRAH LARGE / MEDIUM STEEL, supply and fix new Brass lock 6 Lever with duplicate keys with MS key hole plate cover duly rebated all as specified & directed.

Removing broken handle from ALMIRAH LARGE / ALMIRAH LARGE 1/2H x 1/2S STEEL / ALMIRAH MEDIUM / SMALL and supply and fix new SS Handle heavy duty of approved make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS clamp for supporting shelves including nut & bolt complete for ALMIRAH LARGE / MEDIUM STEEL all as specified and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M))

Removing existing unserviceable seat and back, cleaning the rebated portion and denting / welding wherever required, smoothening surface with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and providing 04 Nos hard rubber / PVC shoes and 02 Nos PVC cap on top of MS pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new seat frame of size 480mm x 350mm / 440mm x 380mm/ 460mm x 360mm made out of 1st class hardwood duly polished with glossy teakwood finish and duly canned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic on Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new back rest frame of size 480mm x 350mm/ 440mm x 380mm/ 460mm x 360mm made out of 1st class hardwood duly polished with glossy teakwood fiinish and duly caned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic on Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable hand rests and supply and fix new hand rest(pair) made out of 1st class hardwood duly polished with glossy teakwood finish all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75(M))

Removing existing unserviceable seat and back, cleaning the rebated portion and denting / welding wherever required, smoothening surface with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and providing 04 Nos hard rubber / PVC shoes and 02 Nos PVC cap on top of MS pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new seat frame of size 480mm x 380mm/ 430mm x 410mm made out of 1st class hardwood duly polished with glossy teakwood finish and duly canned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic on Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new back rest frame of size 380mm x 380mm/ 410mm x 440mm made out of 1st class hardwood duly polished with glossy teakwood finish and duly canned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic on Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029) : Removing the following broken / unserviceable parts of locker steel and supply & fix new components duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer with spraying machine complete all as specified and directed.

MS shelves made out of 1mm thick sheet and fixed with MS clamps of suitable size.

Set of shutters / doors made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

Chromium plated steel handle heavy duty 100mm long.

75mm long chromium plated hasp & staple welded to locker.

MS hinges duly fixed by welding.

Legs made of MS Sheet 1mm thick made to shape welded to bottom of frame all as specified and as directed. (One pair considered as one unit).

TOP made out of 18mm thick exterior grade Pre-laminated particle board of size 450mm x 230mm with approved shade on one side and white shade on the other, alongwith 4mm thick French polished teak wood edging alround the top complete.

Side made out of 18/ 19mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated [article board of approved shade with teak wood edging alround duly french polished complete.

Back side 450mm x 550mm made of 6mm thick commercial plywood.

Drawer having front made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade on one side and white shade on the other side with wood edging alround duly french polished and remaining sides made out of 12mm thick commercial plywood and bottom with 6mm thick commercial plywood duly fixed with 100mm long powder coated/Chromium plated mild steel handle approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable table top with new top made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade of approved quality and shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the top duly French polished complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

M & L Pedestal assembly injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon 10.50mm dia, forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors with 600mm pitch-centre dia suitable for Chair revolving high back / medium / chair computer of various models duty including taking out old unserviceable pedestal assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hydraulic gas lift, maintenance free, environmental friendly, cylinder tube shall be fixed in MS black powder coated outer central column tube 38mm dia and 2.0mm thick, 100mm stroke length, 300N force gas pressure heavy duty suitable for Chair revolving high back / medium / chair computer of various models including taking out old unserviceable gas lift complete all as specified and directed.

M & L best quality upholstery fabric costing not less than INR 350 per running meter and moulded polyurethene foam designed with contour lumbar support for extra comfort with PVC lipping as in seat & back of Chair revolving high back / medium / computer, Godrej or equivalent including taking out old unseviceable upholstery fabric and foam cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18mm thick MDF board , exterior grade, prelaminated on both side with decorative lamination of same colour & texture of existing one for top/side of Table office size 6'x4' of different makes/models of Dumro,Godrej,Nilkamal,Durian etc with beading of same colour and texture including taking out old damaged top complete all as specified and directed (MDF prelaminated board shall be of Ecoboard/Archid ply/Century/Greenlam/Action Tesa. Make,colour & texture shall be approved by GE)

S & F 100 mm long MS chromium plated handle of computer table of different models including taking out old damaged handle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old treated wooden surfaces of following trade pattern furniture and applying two coats of Melamine / PU polish of exisiting shade with sparying machine complete all as specified. (Note: Polishing of furniture shall be carried out at various units/bso yard as directed.
