Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cu.cm including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick including Cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with std specification.

Supplying and filling good gravel rammed watered and not compacted complete complying with std specification.

cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20MM. Gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Floor finishing with ceramics tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.

dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x 15 cm x 6 mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc complete.

Supply of GI & PVC pipes with speials including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete
