Supply should be as per tender description

Railway reserves the right to place bulk order on firms which have executed supply of tendered item to any Railway/PSU/Govt. agencies for which firm should upload proof of execution. It is to be noted that Purchase Order copies cannot be considered as proof of execution. Copies of R/note, CRAC to be enclosed without which offers will be summarily rejected.

Railway reserves the right to place bulk order on OEM or their authorized dealers. Dealers participating on behalf of OEM should upload tender specific authorization from OEM. Offers from sub dealers will not be considered.

Firm should have a valid BIS Licence and should be uploaded while participating in the bid without which the offer will summarily rejected.

Cable should be ISI marked.

(1) GTP approval to be taken from consignee by the successful bidder before bulk manufacturing. (2) GTP approval will be given by consignee within 7 days from the date of request. (3) GTP and manufacturer's WTC must be submitted along with the supply of material.

The bidder shall submit an undertaking along with the bid confirming that the material offered complies fully with the latest KPTCL specifications. Bids received without the required undertaking shall be treated as non- responsive and liable for rejection .In case of any technical deviation from the indent specifications, the same shall be clearly indicated in the bid with detailed justification. Failure to explicitly declare such deviations shall be construed as confirmation.

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises]

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Have you quoted delivery period correctly and precisely?

Make in India Policy : In terms of Railway Boards letter no. 2015/RS(G)/779/5 (Vol III) Dt: 22.06.2020 and in keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended, it has been found that there is sufficient local capacity and competition in supply of the tendered item of required quality and therefore public procurement of this tendered item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only (Class-I local supplier means a supplier of service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%). Bidders are required to furnish a self certificate to the effect of their being a Class I local supplier (as per PPP-MII order 2017 as amended), for the tendered item. The vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. In this connection please see detailed instructions at para as per Clause 13.8.2 of Section-I - instructions to tenderers in the tender conditions booklet attached.

Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance. (a) I have read the clause 13.8.3 of Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in the complied column. In such cases you are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract along-with their Bid/Offer.
