Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each & removing clear off site after credit is recovered by Dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5sq. m each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing clear off site after credit is recovered by Dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm. m each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing clear off site after credit is recovered by Dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down shutters n.exc 1 sqm, Resecuring or easing and refixing in the same opening after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Material & Labour for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
