Dismantling unframed timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified and as directed.
