Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in : c) Hard rock where blasting prohibited

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) All works upto plinth level

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : iii) Columns, Piers, Pillars, Aburments, Posts and struts (square rectangle polygon in plan)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level a)M-30grade of concrete

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. a) Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity.

Constructing brick masonry manhole or inspection chamber with second class bricks in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 fine sand) R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand ;4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size foundation concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement ;2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agrregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cemetn and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) neatly finished complete as per standard design. a) Inside size 90 x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455 x610mm internal dimensions total weight of cover ad frame to be not less than 38 kg. (weight of cover 23 kg. )

Providing at store or site work non-pressure RCC pipes of with collar joints conforming to IS:458-2003 revised as per amendment No.11 , including freight, carting, loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete.
