Providing tentage facilities/ Arrangement for Jan Kalyan Shivir including the following facilities 1.:- Providing and erecting water proof tents/pandals and allied arrangements or Laying of Red Carpet over floor on rental basis 1.2:- Laying of Wall Curtain on rental basis 1.3:- Providing Tower AC facility (1 tower AC per 30sqm) 1.4:- Providing Mist Fan (1 mist fan per 30sqm) 1.5:- Providing Generator of suitable capacity with Diesel for complete electrical load of all electrical appliances including tower Acs 1.6:- Providing adequate number of PA System 1.7:- Providing trolley mounted Mobile Toilet (12 nos) 1.8:- Providing Table with Cover (1 table for 10 sqm) 1.9:- Providing Chair with cover (4 no of chairs for each table) 1.10:- Providing Marigold Mala (minimum 20 nos per day) 1.11:- Providing Bouquet (minimum 5 nos per day) 1.12:- Providing Disposal Glass with Dispenser (1 no water dispenser per 60 sqm) 1.13:- Providing Water Bottle 200 no per day (200ml) 1.14:- Providing Wifi arrangement in complete shivir campus 1.15:- Providing services of attendant (1 no of attendent per 60sqm) 1.16:- Providing Flex as per approved design with frame. Approx 60 sqm (one time) 1.17:-Providing arrangement of extension boards with 3 nos 5 AMP switch and sockets (at every table) 1.18:-Providing Venue Cleaning Before Programme (per day) 1.19:-Providing welcome gate of iron truss decorated with colourfull cloth and flowers (one time) 1.20:-Providing 10 no foldable standees for fixing of banners (one time) 1.21:-Providing lightning arrangement so that complete shivir shall be illuminated 1.22:-Providing centre table (VIP type) complete 1.23:-Providing 2-seater sofa set complete All above items shall executed complete as per satisfaction of engineer in charge.
