Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of surplus/spoil distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where as directed by Eigineer in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified

M&L for road cutting excavation returning filling in ,spreading,well ramming in layers ,soiling with broken boudders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road premix,carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix path mate material ,rolled & compacted for road patch repair work.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:3:6 type C:1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation copping of poles etc including necessary foam work all as directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation copping of poles etc including necessary foam work all as directed.

Supply, Install, testing & commissioning factory made outdoor type dust and vermin proof LT panel board cubical double door hinged type compartmentlised of suitable size 415 volts, AC 50 Hz fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick machine pressed and angle iron frame 50 mm x 50mm x6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregated) powder coated inside and outside complete including 4 pole aluminium busbar of capacity 400 Amps mounted on porcelain insulators and enclosed in chamber and connection from incoming and outgoing electric cable with suitable size thimbles/lugs with openable shutters on both side and comprising of the following :-

(a) MCCB 630 Amps cap with adjustable thermal release 3 pole of 35 KA rapturing capacity - 01 No.( InComming)

(b) –do- but 200 Amps 25 KA outgoing - 06 Nos (Out going)

(d) TP 20 Amps-02 Nos

(e) MPPH capacitor 10 KAVR -02 Nos

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 3.35 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.75 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and comman salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe,funnel,wire mesh.concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. PCC pit shall be provided 50 cm away from earth pit and not on the earth pit itself. The extra cost of the watering pipe,bends,elbows shall be included in the unit rate.Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm.

All as per item srl No. 13 above but using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire ,armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 70 Sqmm 3.5 core. Make:-HAVELLS, FINOLEX, RR CABLES.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire ,armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 95 Sqmm 3.5 core. Make:-HAVELLS, FINOLEX, RR CABLES.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire ,armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 120 Sqmm 3.5 core. Make:-HAVELLS, FINOLEX, RR CABLES.

Point wiring PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm including in concealed PVC conduit fittings and making good to the disturbed surfaces with continuous earth wire of copper 1.5 Sqmm dia to common earth incl.Provn of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of appropriate size and fixing to existing CI/MS boxes for mounting of accessories like surfaces sockets and regulators complete all as specified :-

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch

S&F switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 amps

S&F socket outlet 3 pin 5 amps flush type

M&L ceiling rose, surface bakelite three terminal .

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 sqmm single core multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volt FRLS cable in and including electrical grade PVC conduits of desired colour not less than1.2 mm thick and 25 mm wide & 4 sqmm copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down old unserviceable one.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosuer with 2 pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps. Make - L&T /HAVELLS/ LEGRAD.

Supply and installed Deep freezer hard top more than 320 litre capacity having double door. Make WHIRLPOOL, SHRIRAM, BLUE STAR Cat Part No CHFDD300MGPW/VOLTAS.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase ,230 Volt,50 Hz naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA. Make- MICROTECH/ V GUARD/LUMINUS.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase),230 Volt,50 Hz , having nominal air flow capacity of 6000 CuM per hour (or nearest size).(*Steel body).Make KHETAN/ BAJAJ/ CROMPTION.

Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase ,230 Volt,50 Hz of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated all as specified and directed. Make WHIRLPOOL, LG, VOLTAS, SAMSUNG, VOLTAS Cat Part No 183 VCZJ.

Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler partially stainless steel, electric driven single phase, 230 Volt,50 Hz, having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour. Make WHIRLPOOL, SHRIRAM, VOLTAS, BLUE STAR Cat Part No SD LX4080B.

Supply and fix refrigerators, electric driven (single phase),230 Volt,50 Hz capacity more than 310 Litres .BEE 5 star rated. Make VOLTAS, WHIRLPOOL, LG, VOLTAS, SAMSUNG Cat Part No 34 A4622S8.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps. Make L&T, LEGRAD, HAVELLS
