Supplying and delivery of the following size OPVC PIPES - PN16 CLASS 500 AS PER IS 16647 /2017 (Pre-Compounded Resin) and Specials (Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:11)

Lowering OPVC PIPES and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment as and directed by the Departmental Officers. ( Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:171 ) For depth up to 2.00mt.

90mm to 110mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe

Over 250mm to 630mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe

Jointing OPVC PIPES and specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2): 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc,., complete as per directed by the Departmental officers. Testing of pipes for water supply/UGSS with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipe ( Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:173 )

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus-stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mmdia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed departmental officers(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:158 WD-W0937)

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand including cost of all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental Engineers.(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:265)

Disposal of surplus earth including loading and conveyancewithin a distance of 5 km (basic cost of earth is zero) including loading charges and Conveyance Charges of 5kms distance.(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:209)
