Mild Steel or iron work In plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completeion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and anththourized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (8+10+12+16+20)

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. Ch- 13 SI No- 13.4.1

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as built up gates record rack, roof work, gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing require for proper completion of the work.as per CH-10 si no. 10.31

Finishing wall with putty approved brand and manufacture and of requried shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curring and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per ch 15 si no. 13.26 10

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.
