Carrying out /Making in-field measurement of intensity, beam spread, orientation , chromaticity, luminous factor, one time field alignment setting for inset/elevated type approach , inset/elevated type runway edge , elevated runway end ,inset /elevated type threshold , PAPI airfields ground lights , by using vehicle mounted Mobile Testing Equipment system, frame Reader, submission of test reports etc as per requirement of ICAO/Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR) Section-4 Aerodrome standard & licensing series ‘B’ Part-I , Technical specification etc. complete as required as per the detail inventory of airfield ground lighting(AGL) fixtures at the Airport. Details of light fixtures (i) Elevated type runway end light -161 Nos. (ii) Inset type runway edge light - 21 Nos. (iii) Elevated runway end light - 32 Nos. (iv) Elevated threshold light - 56 Nos. (v) PAPI - 24 Nos.

Carrying out one time in field alignment setting of Simple/trunkcated CAT - I Approach Lighting System by deputing experienced manpower and using angle setting tools and submission of report and giving training to AAI Staff etc. complete as required. Details of light fixtures (i) Elevated approach light - 31 Nos.

Supply of 250W LED Floodlight Luminaire made of Pressure Die-Cast Aluminium body and heat Resistant Toughened glass with Suitable lens cluster used for optimum light distribution. Rated Input Voltage: 240V, 50Hz, System Luminous Efficacy> 120 Lumen/Watt; CCT: 5700K , CRI>80, THD<10%, PF≥ 0.95. The driver is BIS Certified and EMC complied as per IS:14700, suitable precision current control driver of >85% Efficiency with open & short circuit protection, over temperature, over load protection, Reverse polarity and with input fuse protection and surge protection of 5KV Internal and 10KV External surge Protection. The Luminaire has Ingress Protection IP66 to protect the whole fitting from foreign particle and Impact Resistance of IK08 to make the whole fitting vibrant resistant. The LED Chip is LM80 certified, fractional watt (<3W) LED of 120⁰ beam angle and 140 lm/W efficacy. Life: Minimum 30% Luminous flux depreciation after 50000 Burning Hours.The LED Chip is free from all types of Photobiological Hazards that are to be certified by the Photobiological Safety Report from the LED Chip Maker along with Authorisation of OEM from LED Chip Manufacturer. The luminaire is complying with IS:10322(Pt.5/Sec.5)-1987 / IEC 60598. The LM 79 Report is generated from OEM NABL accridated Test Laboratory. (05 years Warranty shall be provided by the bidder)

Dismmentaling the existing LED fitting from each High mast in good condition & same shall be handed over to AAI & as per direction of EIC.

ITC of the new 250 LED fitting on existing High mast etc as required & as per direction of EIC.
