Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance ecx 250 metre upto 1.50 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removing the same and debrises outside MD landcomplete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete including removing the materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc, cutting reinforcement steel to facilitate demolition of concrete including removing the materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, concrete block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc including removing the same and debrises outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

Opening and cleaning of obstructions/blockages in water closet including traps, cleaning of soil/waste pipe upto 1st manhole in ground floor and upto tee junction for other floors including removing access door and re-fixing in position, cleaning of gully traps (made of block masonry chamber) size 40cmX30cmX30cm, removing mud, sludge/silt, liquid mud and foreign materials etc and depositing the same out side the MD land/premises and flush the same with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: - Contractor/Supervisor shall attend at complaint cell daily to collect the complaint slip from JE and completed slips shall be deposited on very next day for accounting the status.

Opening and cleaning of obstructions/blockages in floor traps of urinal, bath or wash hand basin or kitchen sink including waste pipe upto 1st manhole/gully traps (made of block masonry chamber) size 40cmX30cmX30cm in case of ground floor and upto tee junction for other floor including removing access door and re-fixing in position and depositing the same out side MD land/premises and flush with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: - Contractor/Supervisor shall attend at complaint cell daily to collect the complaint slip from JE and completed slips shall be deposited on very next day for accounting the status.

Cleaning of manholes/ chambers by removing mud/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul position) upto 1.0 metre depth manhole including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and taking off manhole covers and fixing the same in position of any size of manholes complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes/ chambers by removing mud/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul position) exceeding 1.0 metre but not ezc 2.0 metre manhole including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and taking off manhole covers and fixing the same in position of any size of manholes complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes/ chambers by removing mud/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul position) exceeding 2.0 metre but not ecx 3.0 metre manhole including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and taking off manhole covers and fixing the same in position of any size of manholes complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockaed sewage line of 100mm bore pipe by rodding/with split bamboo etc including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and testing of pipe by filling with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockaed sewage line of 150mm bore pipe by rodding/with split bamboo etc including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and testing of pipe by filling with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockaed sewage line of 200mm bore pipe by rodding/with split bamboo etc including removing mud/sludge/liquid mud out side MD land and testing of pipe by filling with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking of 100mm bore salt glazed stoneware drain pipes including PCC benching/ PCC complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking of 150mm bore salt glazed stoneware drain pipes including PCC benching/ PCC complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking of 200mm bore salt glazed stoneware drain pipes including PCC benching/ PCC complete all as directed.
