REPAIRS TO ROOFS AND TREATMENT, CHAJJA, GUNITING WATER PROOFING PLASTERING UNDER AGE B/R-I GE (N) BIKANER AT MIL STN BIKANER

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of lime concrete of any descripation over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster(screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer' sinstructions,finished even & smooth without using extra cement complet all as specified and directed. Note- Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cleaning of surface of loose dust and grit and cement slurry etc. by means of wire brush dust removing and scrapper etc .Pot holes/cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC coving /gola along vertical parapets of size 75 mm x 75 mm with concrete mix (1:2:4) type B1 using WPC of approved make etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for treatment with PU Elastoseal primer with Epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating,supplying and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure,elastomeric,polyurethane resin cold applied of spray/brush applied membrane with an elongation of (650%+,- 50 ) and tensile strength not less than 2 Mpa ,crack bridging ability not less than 2 mm.No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure.shore hardness > 50 shore. The Minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm,( overall )in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacurer's instructions so as acheive thickness not less tha 1.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75 mm before laying SRI Roof tiles complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for laying SRI (Sun Resistance Index ) roof tiles (size 300x300x9-10 mm) with 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions confirming to required slope complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- For Roof Treatment process Make of PU Primer /Membrane :- SIKA/BASF,BERGER/STP FOSROC/ SAINT GOBIN /PIDILITE

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in CM. complete all as specified and as directed .

Dimantling pipes of any size fixed to wall or laid under floor complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat in lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,nexc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning , float valve if reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and nexc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning float valve if reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in making good to facing where requried and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edge of landings,steps,cills,sunshade,shelves, lintel etc. tubes or concealed conduit etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 as in mass conc or bedding layer to provide levelling course of varying thickness as reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L brick work with fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F for PVC(SWR)single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed with wall of 110mm as in rain water pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F for PVC(SWR) bends any radius 110mm. complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in girders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting holes exc. onebrick but not exc two brick in brick walls in mud mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:Type B-1 as required fill the hole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills ,framed guard bars barred iron doors ;ladders framed balusters railings and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with red oxide zinc chrome primer (one coat) and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair Stack clamp out of 50mm x5mm flat iron stays with rubber gasket covering including bolt and nuts,spacer and securing ends of stays to walls or roof for 100mm bore piece complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,even and smooth w/o using extra cement ,incl mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed . .(Note WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coloumns , bed plates,mud stops , copings, kerbs incl weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 15 mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed .(WPC shall be measured and paid separatley)

M&L repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed . (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sikka/Forsoc)

M&L applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sikka) complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy Duty reinforced acrylic coating for terrace/walls water proofing (Make Dr Fix It ,Asian,Sikka) over a coat of Primmer for Sealer coat (Dr fix it) with roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs of any description or thickness in roof ,sun shades, floors, aprons etc laid and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: Dismantling shall be carried out in portion only .)

M&L for 40-50mm thick sand stone slab not exc 2mtr in length, punched dressed self faced set and pointed in CM 1:4 as in plinth protection and chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone of roof slab self faced 7.5cm to 10 cm thick 25 to 35 cm wide hoisted and set jointed and grouted in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M-15 cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded cdrushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas,parapets and the like, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Contractor shall have no claim on height .

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of stone patti roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of plaster or unplaster new and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of spall / loose concrete from soffits of RCC slab to any thickness in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover ('Rustoff 100' of Sika / '8832 GM' of Pidilite or equivalent of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit) on the rebars and removing the loose rust particles after minimum 24 hours by wire brush, all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, etc.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, supplied and fixed in reinforcement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement based polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('SikaTop Armatec-108' of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / Fosroc) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, etc.

M&L for one layer of 20mm thick concrete {comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. one part of cement (43 Gde OPC), two parts of fine aggregate and one part of 10mm and down size trap stone aggregate} mixed with 'Sprayset SL' of Fosroc (or equivalent in Sika / Dr. Fixit) 2.00 to 2.50% by weight of cement and 12.50 to 16.50 litre of water mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per Sqm over column, beam, roof slab, etc,complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: After guniting cleaning doors windows and window glass wall etc )

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including cornice, pilasters etc by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scaping sown smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing nails and filling small holes by putty and rubbing srface by sand paper to prepare the surface and applying and appyling TWO coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as per specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Joist , channel , angles or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates, etc cut in ordinary length (Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality ) complete all as specified and directed .
