Supply of High Mast Tower should be suitable for a wind speed of 180Km/H, 16 mt. height. High mast tower should be made from High tensile sheet/plate Equivalent to BSEN 10025:2004/ IS 2062:2011 Gr.E350BR/IS 5986:2011 Gr355 and continuously capered polygonal (at least 20 sides) cross section, the welding should be in accordance with BS:5135 & comprising with lighting finally and earthing terminal etc.. The tower should be in two sections (each of length 8375 mm or top length 5470 mm and bottom length 10980, wall thickness of bottom and top should be 5mm and 4mm), base dia & top dia should be-460mm & 150mm with telescopic slip joint, size of opening door 1200 x 250 mm & anti-vandalized type locking arrangement & IP54 weather protected & 450 kg approx. weight. The entire mast should be hot dip galvanised inside and outside as conforming to IS 4759-1984,IS-2629-1985,IS2633-1972 and thickness of galvanization As per BSEN ISO 1461 after fabrication internally and externally in accordance with BS-739., Base Plate should be As per IS 2062:2011 Gr.E250A, 30mm thick, 670mm O.D.,, Foundation Bolt should be As per IS 1367:1994/IS 2062:2011 Gr.E250A, Bolt size-30mmx850mm, Quantity-12, P.C.D.-590. The mast should be supplied with components including Head frame & pulley assembly, Flashing ultra RED MultiLED AOL,24 watt , winch bracket, Hot dip galvanised Lantern carriage ring for luminaires and C.G. box mtg.arms, resting bracket guide ring, compensating disc, double drum type winch (capacity-SGDD/DGDD- 750kg), lantern carriage stainless wire rope of required length and size gradeAIS1316, 7/19 construction with minimum 6 mm dia. steel wire rope shall be factory cut terminated. For case of installation winch driving power tools (motor with hand held control, operating speed 410 rpm,2HP electric motor,415V, 4/6pole in accordance with IS325:1996), 4 sqmm multi strand/core(5/8 core), flexible round copper trailing cable as per IS9968/P-1:1988, junction box( weather proof cast aluminium) etc. Single spike copper lightening arrestor as per IS/IEC 62305 & IS 2309:1989 is to be provided on the top of the head frame cover at centre position and all other fitting accessories are made of stainless steel materials and from quality manufacturers (including transportation, loading, unloading at work site). (All relative manufacturers test report needs to be provided for each material)

Foundation, testing and commissioning of above high mast tower of RCC foundation with M20 grade concrete considering SBC of soil at 10T/sq. mtr, at 2 mtr depth from FGL (1.25M x 1.25M x 1.50M) reinforced steel used in foundation 12mm tor at base and 16mm tor in pedestal. Pedestal should be 3200sq.mm. in area, PCC of ratio (1:4:8) of 100mm thickness to be made from bottom level and RCC(1:1.5:3) of thickness 300mm from PCC Finished level

Supply and fitting of 200Wx2=400W, Model- Jeta Vapor, neutral white LED flood light with 1 nos. master box complete with IP66 Ingress protection, 220 to 240V, 50Hz, Polycarbonate bowl/cover UV resistant, 140lm/w, 4000 CCT(K) (Philips/Bajaj/Havells/CG/ etc make), CDL(65K)

Supplying fitting and fixing of feeder pillar box with a degree of protection of not less than IP- 55 as per IS:13947, over all approx. dimension 1.00M x 0.75M fabricated from 2.5mm thick CRC steel sheet with CRCA powder coating, including cement concrete foundation etc. complete with prima circuit on/off of road light, including contactor, main switch/ MCB 64A,220V,4Pole, Electronics Timer Switch as required complete.

Earthing with 2 nos. of 50mm dia GI Pipe, wall thickness 3.6mm conforming to IS1239, 3 m long including 25x6mm GI flat attached to the Mast structure at a convenience point with M12 mm dia stainless steel bolt as per GS. Earth Pit should be as per IS 3043 (1987) and amendments till date

Supplying & laying of 4 core 25 sqmm armoured aluminium cable in underground trench below 1.00 Mt from G.L. and mending good damages covering the same by filling with sand at least 0.05 mt, including cost of supply of sand, gland socket, etc as required( Inclusive of incidental charges, GST , etc. Cable Specification- Core Dia-25sq.mm, No. of cores-4, Overall Dia(strip/wire)-23.8mm, Current Rating-97Amp, Thick of PVC insulation-0.9mm, Min. thick of PVC inner sheath-0.3mm, Nominal dimension of armour (strip/wire)-4x0.8mm, Min. thick of PVC outer sheath-1.4mm. Cable should be conforming to IS 1554(Part1), IS:7098 Part-1 &IS:3975.

Labour charges of boring all kindofsoil by auger boring horizontally also cost of withdrawal the same and laying in bore holes G.I./C.I. pipes etc, all complete.

Supplying laying of 50mm dia G.I. pipes for protection of PVC cable as per GS

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (6:1) in foundation and plinth in ground floor

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (20 mm size) including shuttering in ground floor(1:1.5:3) proportion as per relevant ISI code

Plaster (2 wall, floor, ceiling, etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding of concrete surface, including throttling nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor) 20mm thick plaster.

Priming one coat on timber, plastered or other metal surface with synthetic Enamel/ oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering, etc

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel of approved make and brand including of approved putty, etc. On the surface, if necessary, on steel or other metal surface (Two Coats with any shade except white)
