Taking out old existing 20 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing including connected fittings & fixtures from trenches/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 25 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing including connected fittings & fixtures from trenches/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 40 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing including connected fittings & fixtures from trenches/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 50 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing including connected fittings & fixtures from trenches/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 80 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing including connected fittings & fixtures from trenches/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 100 mm bore CI/DI pipe with spigot and socket ends including all fittings from trenches and including burning off lead from joints & retrieving old reusable lead and keeping aside for reuse in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe with spigot and socket ends including all fittings from trenches and including burning off lead from joints & retrieving old reusable lead and keeping aside for reuse in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 7 here-in-before but with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings of size 150 mm bore

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of GI/CI pipes in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n . exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 80mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and laid in trenches/walls/floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cast iron fittings for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe upto 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ISI Marked.

M&L for run lead joints in cast iron water mains, spigot and socket, pipes and fittings 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CI sluice valve of size 200 mm bore, class PN -1.6, confirming to IS : 14846-2000, long body type, with brass/SS spindle, both ends flanged with holes, provision of nut, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc. with CI wheel, fixed to CI water mains and including taking down existing unserviceable CI sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of existing tanks of size exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and direted. (Note : Rate for Disinfection of tanks using bleeching powder after cleaning will be included in unit rate quoted)

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pits of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimension) with brick work (fly ash bricks) in cement mortar (1:4) 100mm thick lean concrete i.e PCC 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) PCC bedding with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 internally & externally complete including 15 cm below GL externally (on all sides) including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete work, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with locking arrangment, hinges and handle rendering work, painting to all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete and including demolition of existing old damaged valve pit and removing unserviceable materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The minimum size of the angle iron to be used for framework of the MS sheet cover including locking arrangement complete should be 40x40x5mm.

M&L for rubber gasket joints suitable for 100mm bore GI flanged pipe fixed independently or with flange complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring manually under road/path for laying of pipe line for min boring dia 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of OH reservoirs/Water tank of the following capacities on RCC staging by draining out water, removing all dirt, dust and mud etc by scraping down with wire brush inside wall and bottom surfaces to remove impurities and cleaning internal surfaces with bleaching powder and fresh water, including writing the capacity, date of cleaning, next due date, etc. of Capacity 100000 gallons (including 02 chambers) all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no 39 here-in-before but capacity of 50000 gallons.

Cleaning of the following tanks after draining out water, removing all dirt, dust and mud etc by scraping down with wire brush inside wall and bottom surfaces to remove impurities and cleaning internal surfaces with bleaching powder and fresh water , including writing the capacity and date of cleaning, etc at Aerator deck to flux mixer (22000 Gallon /h) all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of drinking water sample for servicable borewell No 3,5,6,7 and after treated water of filter plant of this stn with under mention test by authorised lab ie, IIT Kharagpur or District water testing laborotory kharagpur, Inda :- CHEMICAL TEST :- (a) PH Valve,Temperature,Turbidity,Total hardess (as CACO3) mg/l, Alkalinity, TDs ppt. Max,Iron mg/l ,Nitrate mg/l,Chloride mg/l,Residual chlorire mg/l, Fluoride mg/l. BACTERIALOGICAL:- (b) Coliform orgnisms, Faecal coliforms.
