OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES FOR DATA ENTRY OPERATOR AND PEON UNDER CWE NAVY VASCO

Outsourcing the services of Data Entry operators(Skilled Labour) of computer qualified person with computer profency certificate (41 Nos) for compilation of various data, generation of reports, keeping of record of progress of works & any other misc duties as directed by the Officer-in-Charge in the MES office located different area as listed below under CWE(Navy) Vasco daily except Sundays and Holidays, all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Data operator shall perform duty of 8hrs duration from 0900hrs to 1700hrs for each working day except sundays and holidays. The off day shall be as directed by Officer-in-Charge as ordered in muster roll. (b) The Minimum qualification shall be Matriculation with enough knowledge of English and Hindi languages (c) Data entry operator should have knowledge of computer and MS ofiice (a) CWE (Navy) Vasco- 08 Nos (b) GE(NW) Vasco- 07 Nos (c) GE(Gomantak) Vasco - 10 Nos (d) GE( Project ) Vasco- 11 Nos (e) GE (P) Mandovi- 05 Nos

Outsourcing the services of house keeping services Peon(Unskilled Labour) - (19 Nos) for compilation of various duties of record progress of work & any other misc duties as directed by the Officer-in-Charge in the MES office located at different area as listed below under CWE (Navy) Vasco daily except Sundays and Holidays all as specified and directed by Office-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Peon shall perform duty of 8hrs duration from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs for each working day except Sundays and Holidays. The off day will be as directed by Officer-in- Charge as ordered in muster roll. (ii) The minimum education qualification for Peon shall be Matriculation/10th std. (iii) The contractor shall provide two pairs of uniforms alongwith shoes initially to the Peons and two pairs after six months .

(iv) The above term shall be deemed to include the following responsibility for all duties entered on him by the officers under whom he is employed including :- (i) Collection and dispatch of documents and files. (ii) Operation of photostat machines and printers. (iii) Conveyance of information,messages and signals between various section of the office. (iv) Users in/out visitors to office complex. (v) Maintaining office space in neat and orderly manner. (vi) Serving beverages,refreshments to office staff and visitors.
