WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing fiting and fixing windows/ventilators (fixed) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevent I.S Code joints mitred and welded with 15mm x 3mm 100m lugs embedded in cement concerte block of M-10 grade inclduing applying a coat of red-lead primer.

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. Providing and laying 65mm thick C.C floor with metallic concrete hardener topping under layer of 50mm thick cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 coarse agg. Of 20mm and down) and top layer of 15mm thick of metallic cement hardware consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardware mix 2 stone agg. 6mm and down) by volumn with whichmetallic hardening compound of approved quality is mixed in the ratio of 4:1 (4 parts of cement 1 part of metallic floor hardening compound of approved quality by weight) including finishing with curing complete as directed.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar (1 cement : 3 corse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (a) 15mm thick.

Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1:4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soiling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop 1:3: finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. (a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

(b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thouroughly all dirt and remains of loops powered materials.
