A) Supply,Installation Testing & Commissioning of 08 Passenger (G+5) MRL lift at Transit accommodation Lethpora Pulwama Phase I (excluding all the civil works). The lift shall be suitable for 08 passengers, of standard design having speed not less than 1m/s to 1.5m/s serving from Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th floor i.e. 06 stops and 06 landings. C) Providing & Laying integral Cement based water proofing (Injected type) treatment including preperation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietry water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement morter of mix 1:4

Electric Works Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Phase- 60 kVA servo-stabilizer including oil and all allied electrical acessories with earthing. Supply, Installation and Testing & Commissioning of Control Panel enclosed in suitable sized CRC/weather proof Enclosure(SWG16, powder coated) with IP-Rating to prevent ingress of water and comprising of Bus bar MCCBs, single phase preventers, changeover switches, for lifts with following specifications with Earthing. Incomer: 1. MCCB 200A 4P 01 No (36-50 kA) 2. Front Operated Manual Change Over (200A ) 01 No. (4P) 3. MCCB 160A TPN (36kA breaking capacity) of reputed make preferably L&T/ABB/Schneider. 4. 200A Aluminum 4 Pole Bus Bar –01 set 5. Digital Voltmeter with Selector Switch 6. Digital Ammeter with Selector Switch & CT’s 7. Phase Indicator Set Outgoing feeders: a) 40A Four Pole MCBs C type (10 kA breaking Capacity)- 04 No's of reputed make preferably L&T/ABB/Schneider. The job is inclusive of the cost on account of concrete foundation/footing for resting of the Control Panel.

Providing / Fitting/Testing/Commissioning of 3.5 core, 95 sqmm XLPE, PVC sheathed, armoured Al cable from Distribution Transformer to Servo Stabilizer with other accessories of suitable rating to be laid underground (in HDPE pipes) as per requirement (to be paid as per actual).

Providing / Fitting/Testing/Commissioning of 3.5 core, 50 sqmm, XLPE, PVC sheathed, Al cable from Servo Stabilizer to Control Panel with other accessories of suitable rating to be laid underground (in HDPE pipes) as per requirement (to be paid as per actual).

Providing / Fitting/Testing/Commissioning of 3.5 core, 25 sqmm XLPE, PVC Sheathed, Al cable from Control Panel to individual lifts with other accessories of suitable rating to be laid underground (in HDPE pipes) or in conduits of suitable size as per requirement (to be paid as per actual).

Miscellaneous Jobs in the Lift Shaft (to be paid as per actual) Providing and fixing of the suitable lifting/hoisting beam(ISMB-250) at the overhead of lift shaft. The job includes providing and fixing of base plates with the shaft walls by means of anchor fasteners and welding of the beam with the base plates after proper alignment. (to be paid as per actual). Job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Supply,installation,and wiring of IP65-rated LED bulkhead lights in the lift shaft, including secure mounting, conduit wiring, connection, testing and commissioning as per approved specifications.(to be paid as per actual)

Providing and fixing of ladder fabricated out of structural steel of requisite sections at terrace for maintenance,inspection, emergency access to lift shaft etc. (to be paid as per actual). Job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (cement :6 Fine sand) including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete. (to be paid as per actual)
