Taking down old Unsv Go's and supply & install 11 KV air break gang operated triple pole out door type gang operated air break switch mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 09 Nos insulators outdoor type triple pole suitable for horizontal/vertical installation provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator high pressure heavy tined copper alloy contact assembly suitable for 200 Amps, including air break switch suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amps mounted on 06 Insulators with drop out fuse unit, operating rod 25mm dia GI medium grade pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Universl, Pacil (Metro), MEI, GEC)

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Matrial & labour for repair of GO to smooth operation & alighment of contacts, connect/tighting of HT cable including greasing of moving mechanism, replacement of Male contact/moving contact blade, female contact/fix contact jaw, tinned copper flexible jumper, MS jumper carrier, back connector plate where required, nut-bolts washers etc. of required size and length and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand, ABB, C&S, Havells)

Taking out old cork sheet gasket of transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking fo leakage after replacement of gasket. Note :- Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replcement of gasket.

Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new LV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable HV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new HV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the HV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in any type soil, levelling and removing grass, treemining of tree etc from side all as directed

Material and labour for zebra painting with two coats of IST quality synthetic enamel paint on HT/LT concrete poles up to 1.5 metre height from pedastal in 30 cm height in black & white paints including two coat of cement base paint on pedastal of pole and painting the cross arms with one coat of synthetic/aluminium enamel paint incl preparation of steel surfaces and including writing the pole Nos of 50mm height letters / figures with acrylic PVC strip "MES/HT or LT ___" (pole number) all as directed.

Supply only tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 10 Amps to 60 Amps.

Taking down old unsv and supply & fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Eartherd) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accssories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120/95 sq mm.

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as directed.

Supply & Fixing SMC junction box with bus bar with MCB of cap 20Amps 230 volts Make : Syntex or equivalent and make of MCB Havells/Legrand/Standard/ C&S all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Supply & filling and topping up fresh transformer Oil having dielectric strength more than 50 KV capacitor at 2.5 mm gap for transformer, all as speceified and directed by Enger-in-Charge.

Supply only electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV.

Dismantling of old RCC pole and M&L for fixing of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bots, buts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long) and make necessary arrangement to fix the HT Aerial Bunched Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Unsv bus bars chamber and Supply and install, testing and commissioning of Bus bar chamber of size 90 cm x 90cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. the panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(a) Incomming MCCB 200A - 01 No and out outgoint MCCB 160A -04 Nos with suitable aluminum bus bar arrangement system.

(d) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01

Notes: (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces out door panels of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair/servicing of 11KV/433 Volt transformer upto 630 KVA at Army area Udaipur / Mount Abu checking of high voltage out put, replacing of HT & LT porcelain transformer bushing, air breathing filtter, mounting on 2 pole/4Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for replacing of 11KV Post insulatorsat 2 pole/4pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for replacing of 11KV dropout fuse insulator and connecting with Pad connetor/T Connector with necessary nut and bolts at 4pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation/ pipes/ cable etc, n. exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured heavey duty electric cables with aliminium concductor, 1100 volts grade cross-sectional area 25 to 95 sqmm 3½ core complete with lugs and clamps all as specified & directed. (Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing)
