Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Stone dust filling in excavated trenches including spreading in uniform layers,compacting with smooth wheel roller with watering, compaction upto desired density..

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placemethod with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause401.Grade II

WBM Grade III. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Cold milling of existing Bituminous pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level, cleaning/ proper preparation of surface after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the usable milled materials for reuse including carriage of waste milled materials to nearest dumping yard upto a distance of 15KM with all incidental charges like necessary guarding, barricading and lighting etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.arricading & lighting, including hire charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.Excluding Edge Block,Edge Restrain

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 (a) P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed)
