M&L for preparing surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 05 kg / 10 sqm and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed

Note1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc exc 10 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.50 to 3.00 mm thick of colour white/golden/yellow as approved by GE and applied by using automatic road making spray machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Road studs (cat's eye) made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polstyrene or ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I:809 as recommended in BS:873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as direction of Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling any other location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fly ash Brickwork with modular sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all complete all as specified and as directed.
